Each vehicle is road tested before being listed on eBay so we can tell you first hand how this car runs and drives in real life. I am a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Each vehicle is accurately represented to the best of my ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Ford Focus ZTS sedan. The Ford Focus has really grown on me in recent months. They can be a little quirky but are great cars overall. I would rate the exterior condition of this Focus to be AVERAGE for the age/mileage of the car. Please expect to find wear normally associated with an older car such as small scratches, dings and scrapes from use. There is no major damage to report with this unit. The green paint shines pretty well and looks good overall. The alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in good rubber. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Please review each of the photos closely. I would rate the interior of this Focus to also be in AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of the vehicle. There is a hole in the drivers seat cushion. Otherwise, the leather interior shows well. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The stereo is the origninal unit with CD which sounds good. The climate control system appears to be working properly, too. The air conditioner blows COLD AIR. The trunk is clean and spacious. Mechanically, this Focus appears to be in good running condition. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There was a check engine light on (code P0420) when I got this car. Best case...replace downstream oxygen sensor. Worst case...replace catalytic converter. I've put a few hundred miles on this car and it drives okay. The engine keeps a steady temperature at all times. The brakes, steering and suspension all feel good. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and is shifting properly. I've put over 400 miles on this car. The only annoying thing about it is the one seatbelt sensor doesn't acknowledge that the seatbelt is fastened so it beeps at you every so often.
