Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each photo closely before bidding or asking questions. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous 1999 Ford Explorer Limited. This ONE OWNER top of the line Explorer was a NEW FORD TRADE at a local Ford dealership and it shows. I would rate the exterior condition of this Explorer to be ABOVE AVERAGE for the age and mileage of the vehicle. Pride in ownership shows throughout this entire vehicle. With the exception of one small scuff on the left rear fender (may buff out...I haven't tried), this vehicle is in nearly perfect cosmetic condition. The Spruce paint looks amazing and has a mile deep shine all around. This is a beautiful truck. The running boards are clean and tight. The Limited Edition alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Anyone would be proud to own this truck. Please take time to carefully review the photos. I would rate the interior condition of this Explorer to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. As you open the drivers door, you are greeted with a nice dark tan leather interior which looks amazing against the Spruce exterior. The door panels are all clean and tight throughout. The carpets show very well throughout the entire interior. Being a Limited, this Explorer is trimmed with top of the line leather. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather shows well and is very comfortable. The headliner is clean. The wood trim also shows very well and matches the color scheme of this truck perfectly. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The stereo system is the original Ford Premium Sound with cassette and CD in dash plus a CD changer in the front arm rest. There are steering wheel controls for the audio, climate control and cruise. The original factory remote entry still works properly and the owners books are included. This is a clean, clean truck. Mechanically, this Explorer appears to be in good running condition. The 4.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I did not see any leaks. During my time driving this truck, it has behaved very well. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There is an ABS light on...no other warning lights. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD is tested and working properly. This truck drives nicely down the road with no complaints. While waiting on the previous bidder to respond, I've been driving this Explorer non-stop. I've put several hundred miles on it with absolutely no issues. It is great around town and cruises effortlessly down the highway (and averages 19mpg). With the exception of one small scuff on the left rear fender (may buff out...I haven't tried), this vehicle is in nearly perfect cosmetic condition. The Spruce paint looks amazing and has a mile deep shine all around. This is a beautiful truck. The running boards are clean and tight. The Limited Edition alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Anyone would be proud to own this truck. I would rate the interior condition of this Explorer to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. As you open the drivers door, you are greeted with a nice dark tan leather interior which looks amazing against the Spruce exterior. The door panels are all clean and tight throughout. The carpets show very well throughout the entire interior. Being a Limited, this Explorer is trimmed with top of the line leather. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather shows well and is very comfortable. The headliner is clean. The wood trim also shows very well and matches the color scheme of this truck perfectly. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The stereo system is the original Ford Premium Sound with cassette and CD in dash plus a CD changer in the front arm rest. There are steering wheel controls for the audio, climate control and cruise. The original factory remote entry still works properly and the owners books are included. This is a clean, clean truck.
Mechanically, this Explorer appears to be in good running condition. The 4.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I did not see any leaks. During my time driving this truck, it has behaved very well. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There is an ABS light on...no other warning lights. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD is tested and working properly. This truck drives nicely down the road with no complaints. While waiting on the previous bidder to respond, I've been driving this Explorer non-stop. I've put several hundred miles on it with absolutely no issues. It is great around town and cruises effortlessly down the highway (and averages 19mpg). I would drive this truck anywhere without a second thought. It runs and drives as good as it looks. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Fees:
An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Buyer is responsible for their own taxes, tags, registration, or any other fee due to their State. 30 day transport tags (aka In Transit or temp tags) are available through PennDOT to out of state buyers for a fee.
