Interior is clean of any tears or rips and non-smoker driven. Absolutely no dents or rust on the car with a great finish! The black cloth top (treated regularly with 303 high tech Fabric guard), Mazda OEM floor mats, and leather seats are all in very good condition. All lights, controls and AC work fine. Included are all manuals, sales brochure and both keys with the remote keyless entry modules. Mileage might be slightly more than listed because I use the car and/or it has been test driven. Buyers are welcome to test drive BEFORE bidding. Conditions of sale: you must deposit a $500.00 deposit to Paypal immediately upon auction close and full payment to me within 7-days of auction close. Paypal is to be used for deposit only. Buyer must either arrive with cash in hand to receive signed over title immediately when you pick up car, or if you arrive with a certified check or certified cashier's bank check, I will deposit it in my bank and hold it for 5 days for clearing before sending title by registered mail. The New York State title in my possession has no recorded liens on it (I have "release of lien" from previous owner), so the car is being sold free and clear. You must pick the car up in Wappingers Falls, NY or arrange for shipment. The car has no known defects, uses no oil and is, to my knowledge, fully functional in all respects. You are bidding on a very clean car that shows very few road nicks or wear for its age, but nevertheless is being sold as is, where is; no warranty expressed or implied is offered.
