A very nice driving, mechanically sound car. Metal is solid/intact with typical corrosion sites ie battery box etc. Floor, quarter and trunk metal all intact. Car is ready for easy restoration. Needs: New top. Current top has a small tear that is covered with gorilla tape. Replaced back window with clear vinyl window last year. Top doesn't leak and convertible hardware functions perfect. Top closes nice and tight. Car needs paint. There are areas where the paint has peeled off. jStainless steel is in great shape. Seats need recovering. Back seat is intact but front "California bench" seat upostery has separated at the seams. Seat hardware is all intact and cushions are in good shape. I bought this car in 2003 with the intent to restore it. It has been stored indoors during winter and has been regular driver during summer months. Only parts purchaced have been points x2. volt reg. and alternator. Carb rebuilt by Pony Carbs in Las Cruses in 2003. Inline six starts and runs very nice.
