Undercarriage is clean for the year since its not a salty area vehicle, please see pictures. Exterior is also clean with normal wear and tear from regular use, very few regular use surface scrapes/scraches but nothing deep into the paint. Right side sliding door caused some scraches from a minor fender bender couple of years ago and the lower part of the door was touched up to fix those scraches, its hard to see it in person and it looks perfect in one glance. It seems like the previous owner had something glued on the front hood that has the base residue left on the front of the hood, its the same base they use for an easy pass, we have not had a chance to remove it but will get it done before shipping or pick up. Leather interior on this odyssey is in good shape with no tears, rips or burn spots. A professional detail job could make it a lot cleaner. All the floor matts are in the truck. There are no burn marks at all. No smoke smells and it seems like it has never been smoked in previously. All electrical components such as power windows, locks, mirros, dual power sliding doors and moonroof work fine on this vehicle. All four matching tires are in good shape with at least 75% life left. There are no leaks on the manifold or exhaust system of this odyssey. No shakes or rattles on any speed. Good brakes that bring this mini-van to a complete, quick and quite stop with no pulsation. Air conditioner blows cold. Heat blows warm. It starts right up, drives the way its supposed to and shifts smooth into all gears.
