As seen in the pictures this fully loaded CLK430 has no major exterior damage besides the damaged front/rear bumpers. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent, and we're able to drive it around within our lot. All airbags are good!!! This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. Looks like it was rear ended very lightly and also tapped the car in front extracting the front bumper cover. Front/Rear rails are straight and there is barely any noticeable body damage to the rear and front frame/body. Rear basically needs a bumper assembly. In the front, all cooling components are in tact, headlights are ok, and can be easy as just reinstalling a bumper cover with slight adjustments. Both front and rear bumper covers are included with the sale but they both have rips/tears/damages (see pics of the bumper covers at the end of the pics). Front end components are in tact and we did not observe any leakage from the cooling components. Rear tailgate has a small dent near the CLK430 sign. Had two flats in the front, spare is installed on one currently but the wheel/rim looks ok as seen inside the trunk. No suspension damage. All glass OK. Overall, exterior is in great shape and paint still looks great. Interior needs some cleanup and the seats have the obvious stains as seen in the pics. Get set of used oem seats either here on ebay or from car-part website to your liking or just cover them up with seat covers. Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. Again, the car starts, engine runs excellent, all airbags in tact!!! and we're able to drive it around within our lot. Should be an easy fixer with almost none to very little body work. One can easily get away with just having the bumpers installed. Many used parts can be found for this car at car-part website or here on ebay. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.

We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
