Up for Auction a One in a Million 1982 Honda Accord 4 Door. This garage kept Accord was purchased new on 6/22/82 and has only ONE OWNER it entire life. This was the FIRST year that Honda were built right here in the USA at the Maryville Ohio plant. This classic Accord is a 4 Door and it is equipped with an Automatic Transmission and Air Conditioning (which back then was a dealer installed item.) Cruise Control and An AM/FM Stereo radio. It runs and drive as you would expect a 70,000 mile Honda to. I drove it over 75 miles yesterday and it performed flawlessly. It also used barely any gas. Pretty good for a 30 year old classic. Even the Radio works. We also have all the maintenance records and all the Original paperwork from when it was purchased including Original Window sticker!!! It was always garage kept. It was not used much in the last few years so the carborator might need a slight adjustment. It idles fine and is perfectly drivable!! Being that is is an older Honda it does have some very minor rust, especially for a Honda of this age. The undercarriage if fine.. There is a little in the typical Honda places on the edge of both quarter panels where it meets the bumper. Also on the bottom of the Front fenders. There were design flaws in the early Hondas and the water would sit there. There is also a dent on the drivers front door and one small molding on the fender is missing. The is a spot on the passenger doors that appears to have had some work done and was painted. The is a small mark on the front bumper by the license plate. (All in pictures) The Interior is in Excellent shape. The velour seats have no rips or tears and are soft and comfortable. It was NEVER SMOKED IN!!! Even the Dark Brown Metallic paint still shines. The tires are like NEW and the it drives GREAT!! Best of all it is still a Very Low Mileage HONDA!!! It qualifies for Antique plates and insurance since it is 30 years old!! You can also use it a daily driver. You should see all the Honda owners Honk and Wave when you drive it. There are not very many Accords around of this age much less with all original documentation and garage kept (If any!) I have many more pictures so if you want to see more just ask!!
