Here's what I know about the car: 1. Bought from local dealer in October 2011 who had bought car at auction. Past emissions.2. Put on 2 new tires (Bridgestone). The other 2 Michelin were still OK.3. Bought for someone who drove the car for an extended period when the Check Engine light was on.4. As a result, the engine blew a gasket.5. Purchased a used engine from Engine and Transmission World with only 47,000 miles. With "new" engine also replaced engine wires, spark plugs, rear main bearing seal, gasket ST Timing Cover, Thermostat, Gasket Water Outlet, Gasket Oil Pan, Oil Filter, Oil and AntiFreeze. (Have receipts of engine and new parts)6. Car was ready two months ago, but I no longer need it as the person I bought it for is no longer a part of my life.7. Drove today for first time. Here's what I noticed. THE GOOD -- Interior looks GREAT for age of car. -- Only Minor cosmetic dings/scrapes on exterior but paint still shines -- Engine drives strong and smooth for a 6 cylinder on interstate. THE BAD -- AC not blowing cold, but the air blows strong. I suspect it needs service -- Suspect a gas leak somewhere. Has a strong gas odor when driving and gauge looks like it is using gas too quickly -- In town driving, I notice that the shifting from 0-5mph or 5mph - 0 is a little jerky at times.
