1996 Roadmaster Collector's Limited Edition The last Roadmaster produced in Arlington, TX This Buick Roadmaster has had only one owner. (Who is now 86 and really hates to sell this car.) Normal 0 (Editors Note: Over 70 years and approximately 1.5 million driving miles I have owned eight GM vehicles (including three Cadillac's) and without question this 1996 Buick Limited Collector's Edition (only 22,000 manufactured) has been the most dependable, comfortable, powerful (yes, GM equipped it with a Chevrolet Corvette engine) safe automobile one could love to own. When we traded our 1993 Roadmaster for this model, I thought it was the last best auto and like a Classic, Buick, this Corvette's engine would still be running smooth long after I can. However, my stenosis/arthritic spine foreshadow the age of scooters and wheelchairs and require vehicle cargo space that will accommodate such equipment thus providing you with the opportunity to drive this stylish Roadmaster past the quarter million mile mark with comfort, saving you new car depreciation costs together with the economy of a powerful V8 engine that runs on regular gasoline with 17 plus MPG in the San Antonio local area and cruise control that produces 21 -23 MPG on the Interstate long distances. The car drives and rides very smoothly with a Chevrolet Corvette LT-I engine that has excellent acceleration! The A/C works well, blowing very cold air and the heater works well also. The exterior is in very good condition with no dents. The car is equipped with XM Satellite Radio "Roady" (see photo) that will stay with the car, however it is easily removable if you wish. It has AM, FM, a cassette player and CD player. The cassette player and CD player get an E-10 error report. Please see the original window sticker photos for a list of all the Features/Options. We also have three original Buick sales brochures that were published to highlight the last Roadmaster. The light gray interior leather seats are in very good condition withe the exception of one seam coming loose on the drivers side seat (see photo) otherwise the seats look immaculate. The car has never been smoked in and has been kept in a garage and well maintained with routine oil changes and tire rotation. The car is being sold AS IS.
