Vehicle Detail
If your are looking at this auction, then you probably already know about the Hawk GT. The Honda Hawks are now over 20 years old and most have over 20k miles. It's very rare to find one with low miles like this one. I bought this bike just over a year ago and it is my second Hawk as I own an '88 Hawk also along with several other bikes. It's time to thin the herd a little to help pay to finish the new garage I built last summer. This bike is original except for the Two Brothers carbon exhaust system and jet kit. It runs fantastic with no hesitation or flat spots. The valves and carbs have just been adjusted and all fluids changed. Cosmetically, the bike is very clean with no damage. All the paint work is factory. The front fender is perfect. The fuel tank is perfect except for 3 small chips. The rear cowl has some scratches on the top edge from the previous owner not being careful enough when he was putting the seat back on. They're hard to see when the seat is back on the bike. The tires probably have another 1000 miles before they will need to be replaced. I do have a couple of extras (see pictures) that are NOT included with the bike but will be available to the winning bidder only. I will swap out the original seat for an excellent Corbin seat for an extra $100. I also have a Two Brothers rear stand that can go with it for an extra $150. I will apoligize now for the picture quality. I'm on dial-up and can only upload low resolution pics. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. Please plan on picking the bike up within 10 days of end of auction and paying the balance in cash at that time.
