Up for auction is a 1984 F-150 XLT 4x4 351 H.O. 4 barrel, automatic trans. Odometer shows 41,700 miles, assuming actually 141,700. Carb recently rebuilt, front cover leaks a little (not bad though) Engine runs great doesn't burn any oil, trans shifts fine. Truck is euipped with XLT package factory options include; power steering, power brakes, air conditioning (converted to R134 blows ice cold, heater also works great) Tackometer and gauges, power windows and locks ( all work) am-fm cassette (works) dual fuel tanks (both work) cruise control (not working) tilt steering wheel, sliding rear window (latch broken- $10) New 32x11.5x15 Mud King XT radial tires with approximently 1200 miles on them. ON 92-96 ford aluminum wheels, factory maual locking hubs. 4 wheel drive works great. Beautiful blue interior in very good shape for a 28 year old truck. Dash pad hais cracked around speaker (see picture) SOme wood grain gone on driver door panel, window switch a little loose on driver side(maybe just a broken clip?) Headliner starting to sag a little, has some clear headliner pins on driver side to hold up, Seat upholstry nice and bright, tear on drivers side by door and at top(see pictures) New base coat/clear coat paint last summer. Has not been wet sanded and buffed, new owner could do so in future if he wanted to, but is already very slick and shiny as is. Body in excellent condition before repaint with only rest being in the being on box over wheel archs and lower rear quarters. Very little compared to most fords of this generation. Cut out rust and welded in new metal. Cab and fenders rust free and solid. As we live in the country it does have some chips. New chrome front bumper, new chrome grille, NOS ford chrome rear bumper, NOS ford rear bumper pads. Body trim and molding in outstanding condition. Rear tailgate trim panel unique to XLT is perfect. This truck drives nice and gets compliments all the time, even from non ford guys.New roll in bedliner.original owners manual and supplements.original wheels and hubcaps included.
