08 Ford Ranger XLT I purchased this vehicle new in August 2008. It has approximately 22,000 original miles. It came with semi-synthetic oil from the factory. After break-in, I switched to full synthetic oil. The truck is well maintained and in excellent running condition and looks great. I wax it twice a year, spring and fall. The NADA Guide Price Report values this truck in its present condition and mileage at $15,275. I am asking $12,400. This is an excellent price for this truck, but don't believe me- check around for yourself. The truck has a 4 cylinder engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. It is in excellent physical and mechanical condition. It has a few very minor scratches and a small dimple on the top left rail of the bed. Other than that, the finish is perfect. It has a bed liner and window vents, which allow you to keep the windows cracked open even if it is raining or snowing. I live in the mountains of upstate New York and I use this truck year round. Even though it is rear wheel drive, I have no problem in the snow. In the winter, I mount four snow tires and put two sand bags in the bed and get excellent traction. The truck comes with four mounted snow tires and four mounted all season radials, all in like new condition. If you are looking for gas mileage, this truck gets between 21 to 26 miles per gallon, excellent for a pick-up truck. It's the XLT model with the extended cab and jump seats.
