Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each photo in detail before asking questions or bidding. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Dodge Durango 5.9L R/T. The Dodge Durango is a great SUV. It offers features typically only found in large SUV's but in an easy to live with size. I would rate the exterior condition of this Durango R/T to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this truck. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. The black paint has a nice, deep shine that looks good from any angle. Please expect to find normal wear associated with a vehicle of this mileage such as small scratches and scuff marks. This Durango has a minor amount of rust compared to most. It is on both bumpers and two small spots on the body (tailgate and one fender). All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This Durango R/T comes with a trailer hitch, too. The alloy wheels give a clue as to the performance nature of this special SUV. The tires have deep tread all around. Please take the time to look at all of the photos. I would rate the interior of this Durango R/T 5.9L to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the mileage of this truck. The door panels are all clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The special R/T two tone seats show well throughout the interior also. One key feature of the Durango is its third row seating which is easily accessed. My favorite thing is how quickly you can turn this into a cargo monster. In most SUV's with a third row, the rear row needs to be completely removed to take full advantage of the available space (the third seat is typically very heavy). In the Durango, the third row folds flat in seconds which makes this a very easy SUV to use. Both front seats are power operated. The climate control system appears to be working properly and features rear heat and air conditioning. The stereo is the original Infinity Premium sound with CD which sounds good. The power locks sometimes don't work and I cannot convince the drivers seat to recline...but I haven't really screwed with it. Mechanically, this Durango 5.9 R/T appears to be in good running condition. The 360ci V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly with a nice, low growl. The engine does not smoke and I could not find any leaks. The R/T models feature full time AWD versus the part time system of the lesser models. This system can also be locked into 4WD with high and low range. I've put quite a few days behind the wheel of this Durango. For the miles, I was very impressed. The engine makes plenty of power and accelleration is respectable. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no slipping. I can feel something "rubbing" at the front left wheel. I would think perhaps the wheel bearing is starting to go (roughly $150 if that's the issue) but I'm not certain. It drives nice and strait on the highway. I've had it up to about 90 with no complaints. The brakes feel good and the steering feels tight. The engine keeps a steady temperature and oil pressure is excellent. There were no warning lights on. This Durango has a minor amount of rust compared to most. It is on both bumpers and two small spots on the body (tailgate and one fender). All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This Durango R/T comes with a trailer hitch, too. The alloy wheels give a clue as to the performance nature of this special SUV. The tires have deep tread all around. I would rate the interior of this Durango R/T 5.9L to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the mileage of this truck. The door panels are all clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The special R/T two tone seats show well throughout the interior also. One key feature of the Durango is its third row seating which is easily accessed. My favorite thing is how quickly you can turn this into a cargo monster. In most SUV's with a third row, the rear row needs to be completely removed to take full advantage of the available space (the third seat is typically very heavy). In the Durango, the third row folds flat in seconds which makes this a very easy SUV to use. Both front seats are power operated. The climate control system appears to be working properly and features rear heat and air conditioning. The stereo is the original Infinity Premium sound with CD which sounds good. The power locks sometimes don't work and I cannot convince the drivers seat to recline...but I haven't really screwed with it.
Mechanically, this Durango 5.9 R/T appears to be in good running condition. The 360ci V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly with a nice, low growl. The engine does not smoke and I could not find any leaks. The R/T models feature full time AWD versus the part time system of the lesser models. This system can also be locked into 4WD with high and low range. I've put quite a few days behind the wheel of this Durango. For the miles, I was very impressed. The engine makes plenty of power and accelleration is respectable. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no slipping. I can feel something "rubbing" at the front left wheel. I would think perhaps the wheel bearing is starting to go (roughly $150 if that's the issue) but I'm not certain. It drives nice and strait on the highway. I've had it up to about 90 with no complaints. The brakes feel good and the steering feels tight. The engine keeps a steady temperature and oil pressure is excellent. There were no warning lights on. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Fees:
An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Buyer is responsible for their own taxes, tags, registration, or any other fee due to their State. 30 day transport tags (aka In Transit or temp tags) are available through PennDOT to out of state buyers for a fee.
