This aucution for late 1974 fj40, 4 speed manual transmission, even with original functional warn winch. I am a third owner. I bought this fj40 from a gentleman who has owned her for over 25 years. None of the previous owners are mechanic, so everything needed to run as a weekend driver were fixed/ maintained by professional. There is no reason to replace all the bolts and nuts and sand blast the whole body on this FJ. She is in desert southern utah for all of her life and never has rust issue, never been replaced any cut metal. She got new paint 4 years ago and still shining like freshly painted. But she is not newly frame off restored. So there will be a few rock chips (less than 5 counts) here and there. He aslo replaced all old cracked tail lights and corner lights with OEMs from SOR. Head was rebuilt 4 years ago (2000 miles), after market headers, 2" lift kit were done by previous owner beside regular maintainces. During my 2 years of ownership, I put 5 new 33x12.5x15 Goodyear with new wheels. This is absolutely beautiful, nicely set up FJ40 and need nothing to be fixed to be a daily driver for many years cos she been like this condition for all of her life and she will be for many years with very little regular maintenance..
