1978 CHEVROLET CORVETTE 25TH ANNIVERSARY COUPE Very low reserve price $5,500 or Buy It Now price at $7,500 Silver Metallic Exterior Car came from California so very little surface rust on frame. L48 350ci Engine with Automatic Transmission, 34,500 Miles (I believe to be 134,500) Not sure if the numbers match Tilt-Telescopic Steering Column. New over the last three years: Interior is red and 95% restored. (have over $2500 into it just in the last 3 years ) All four tires have less than 100 miles on them. Replaced in 2011. Power Windows (replaced gear for driver side) New weather stripping around doors and T-Tops. New heater core 3 years old. New motor mounts last year, New windshield replaced two years ago. Battery is two years old. After market AM/FM CD Radio, I've owned the car since 2007 and have enjoyed driving it every summer putting about a 1,000 miles a year Needs: Car runs nice, drives pretty good, needs rear spring replaced to improve ride. Paint is old, nice shine but a lot of chips and cracks, clock does not work, Fuel gauge bounces back and forth when low on fuel. Air Conditioning (not working) Scratches on back glass (see photo) After market (late 80’s early 90’s style American Racing) aluminum wheels This car was not intended as a “flip”. I bought it with the intention of restoring it and keeping it, however the budget has not allowed me to complete it to where I would like it to be.
