With a heavy heart it's time to part with my baby.....THE LAST YEAR OF THE GREAT JEEPS......A 1986 Jeep CJ-7 that I've spent over 2 years of my life building ......1st) I bought her bone stock from the original owner with about 130K one owner documented miles, shes a rock solid North Carolina CJ with factory power steering, power brakes, tilt steering, and went absolutely overkill from there.....2nd) completely rebuilt the 258, replaced the factory Carter carburetor with a Holley, stainless steel braided hoses, Diamond E-3 plugs, Amsoil synthetic oil, checked all other drive train components and rebuilt or replaced as needed.....Warn hubs, of course, solid axles, 12 inch spring over with Fox shocks and new slip yoke, custom brakes, and $1600 worth of Super Swamper 15/38.5-15 boggers (STILL HAS THE LITTLE TITS ON THEM) on 15X14 Alcoa wheels....3rd) Ford Screaming Yellow .....$2500 paint job......D-7 paint code need I say more she almost glows in the dark.....completely Line-x'd the inside from the top of the floor board to the top of the tail gate, yes also in Screaming Yellow even had the roll bar painted to match......Bushwacker Pocketstyle Flares.......added custom Spyder Racing seats in the same color combination, new oem dash, stainless steel.....not chrome....glove box door, grab bar, windshield brackets.....new locking center console.....also Line-x'd the factory hard top replaced the lift pistons and put 18% tint on it.......projector head lights......2 pairs of powder coated KC Highlighters with lighted carbon fiber toggle switches ....and 140db train air horn just in case your blind........drove her about 2000 miles covered her up and parked her in the garage........wife says she would like to park "her" car in the garage too.......just seems wrong invading "Big Yella's" space soooooo here we are........my reserve is less than half of what I've honestly got invested.........
