I have for sale the last and most desirable model of the small 2 seaters by Mercedes the 560 SL. THERE IS NO RESERVE. This vehicle was left undriven in a garage for 6 years requiring extensive investment. It has had no damage from any accident. I have replaced the engine with a completely refurbished engine. While car has 87K this engine has less than 300 miles on it. I have replaced the entire fuel system including new fuel pumps, rebuilt the steering, rewired the vehicle, replaced the convertible top with a new one, scrubbed the gas tank and coated it, replaced. I will provide the phone and name of the technician that did the rebuilding. He specializes in foreign cars including Mercedes, BMW, Austin Healy's, Jaguar, and Alpha Romero's. This vehicle is true to its heritage. The leather is in good condition (no rips, cracks, or tears. I have the hardtop safely stored in the garage, and it is without any damage or dings. The dash is clean without tears, fading, or cracks. The plastic insert in the console needs replaced as seen in the pics along with drivers door panel both easily found online. Also needs a few of the external trim. The air blows cold, the cruise works as does the radio and cassette player. I have just replaced the muffler, muffler braces along with a new battery from the Firestone Store. I can fax a list of replacement parts. The price is reasonable.
