1953 Chevrolet 3100 5 window shortbed pickup , rustfree Ca. black plate truck . The following items are new within the last 2 months : PAINT , INTERIOR , GLASS , WEATHERSTRIPPING , BED , CHROME , TRIM , WIDE WHITEWALL TIRES AND MORE . I started with a very good stock truck , completely diassembled (all glass and everything else taken out ) painted it a beautiful Moonlight cream color , installed all brand new stock green tinted glass with all new rubber , new seat , carpet , headliner , door panes , handles , dash trim , restored stock gauges upgraded to 12 volt . Bedsides , front panel and tailgate are BRAND NEW , so is wood , strips and hardware . When I had the bed off I cleaned underneath and painted it . New chrome grille , bumpers , 41-46 hubcaps ( also have new 47-53 style , your choice ) new emblems , mirrors , door handles , tailgate chains and 5 brand new 600 16 wide whitewall tires . Stock truck straight six , 4 speed on floor , stock rear so no worries . Starts right up , great oil pressure , no smoke , stays very cool . Complete brand new brakes , master and wheel cylinders , shoes . Beautiful truck , doors and hood shut very nicely . Gets compliments from guys in new Lamborghinis and everybody else too !
