Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before being listed so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully before bidding. This includes reviewing all photographs as they are part of the description. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Isuzu Trooper. The Trooper has an excellent reputation as a reliable and rugged SUV...and this one is no exception. I've had this Trooper for the better part of a year to haul stuff around as needed. No matter how long I let it sit...she always starts right up and does what I ask. The need for an actual pick up truck has come so it's time to let the Trooper go. I would rate the exterior condition of this Trooper as AVERAGE for the age and miles of the vehicle. The burgundy paint looks good and has a nice shine. Please expect normal bumps and scratches associated with every day use. The tires are in average condition. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact, too. I would rate the interior of this Trooper to also be in AVERAGE condition. The door panels are clean. The carpets show well for the age of the vehicle. The seats are clean, comfortable and not torn or worn out. This Trooper is equipped with power windows, locks and mirrors. The climate control system is working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too. The stereo system is the original factory unit which powers up and sounds good. The left rear window will need a regulator. The cargo area is clean and spacious. One of the nice things about the Trooper is the wide door at the back to access the cargo area. This is very handy. I've owned several of these and this is a nice feature. Mechanically, this Trooper appears to be in good running order. Like I said, no matter how long I let this thing sit between uses...she always fires right up and does whatever I ask her to do. The 3.2L 32V engine starts easily and runs smoothly. This Isuzu holds perfect oil pressure and keeps a nice, steady temperature at all times. I haven't seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension is nice and tight. The steering is light and responsive. The brakes are brand new (pads and rotors) all around!!! The clutch does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are always smooth. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, this truck drives very nice and shows no vibrations or pulling. Cruising at highway speeds is easily done. This is a great, great little truck...that's why I've kept her so long. This thing really is a Trooper...pardon the pun. I need a pick up truck nearly all the time now...otherwise I would keep it.
