Although I sell a large volume of vehicles through a small dealership, I take the time to personally road test each vehicle prior to being listed on eBay so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each photo closely before bidding or asking questions. Most of the questions I get can be answered by simply reading my description... Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The Jeep Cherokee has earned a reputation as one of the most rugged and longest lasting SUV's ever produced. I would rate the exterior condition of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and miles on it. Overall this is not a bad looking Jeep. The paint is starting to oxidize on the hood and roof which is common. There is a dent in front of the right rear tail light. That's about all the bad... The wheels look good and are wrapped in oversized tires which give this Jeep a nice look. Being a Laredo, it has the chrome mirrors and door handles which is a nice and subtle addition. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. I would rate the interior of this Jeep to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and miles of the truck. The carpets show well throughout. The door panels are clean and tight. The seats are in good condition throughout. The Laredo package gives much nicer bolstered seats with better fabric than the lesser models have. Please expect a few stains and flaws here and there from normal use. The stereo is the Jenses Premium Sound that has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The power windows, locks and mirrors all appear to be working properly. This Jeep has held up very well to time. Mechanically, what can you say about one of these... The 4.0L strait six is practically indestructible. You'd have to do something really stupic (more than once) to kill one of these. The engine starts easily and runs well. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've put about 50 miles on this Jeep and it drives better than I expected it to. The front end is tight. The steering is easy and predictable...not loose like many older Jeeps get. The brakes do a good job. The transmission engages and shifts normally. The 4WD is tested and working. Out on the highway, she runs pretty good. On occasion, it will buck a little out on the highway. I don't know when it had a tune up last. I would recommend new plugs/wires...maybe spray out the throttlebody or run some seafoam through it. The engine keeps a nice and steady temperature and great oil pressure which is very, very important. That is what makes the difference between Jeeps that run forever and ones that don't. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The Jeep Cherokee has earned a reputation as one of the most rugged and longest lasting SUV's ever produced.
