It has been part of a family and was never neglected. It has been driven very conservatively and in a mature manner. All services were done on time without over looking any service. Majority of the 119k miles were accumulated from highway commutes at approx 50 miles a day. The Sienna was initially purchased under the Toyota Care Platinum TOTAL coverage warranty which covered the majority of all services. All of the services were performed on time wtih factory parts and fluids. Oil changes done on time at 3k miles. No synthetic fluids or hybrid fluids were ever used. All plugs, wires, filters, belts, hoses, O2 sensors, and battery have been replaced at least once. The Texas State Inspection is valid through Dec-2012. The entire suspension and front end are very tight and firm which means there is no loose or slack or free play. The steering response is very crisp and clean. The CV boots and axles are intact. The entire front end has been inspected regularly at each tire rotation. There is no looseness in the tie rods or ball joints. All four struts/shocks have been replaced once, thus there is no body sway or brake dive and no sqealing. None of the tires have ever had uneven wear or choppy wear paterns - there have never been any alignment problems. Brakes are in great condition all around. There is no pulation any where in the van when the brakes are applied. There are no choppy wear patterns, or feathering on the contact patch of the tires to indicate lack of rotations or suspension problems. Brakes are in impeccable condition all around - there is plenty of padding on the front/rear - there are no ABS lights on, and no Brake warning lights that are on. Brake fluid has also been flushed out. Brakes are very responsive and firm. There is no sinking of the pedal, there is no pulsation when the brakes are applied, and there is no shuddering or pulling sensation when the brakes are applied. Calipers and emergency brakes are in excellent working condition. Always been kept under covered parking whether at work or at the office. Fully loaded with Power locks power windows. Tires are a matching set of Michelin Hydroedge tires - these are the best wet handling tires on the market - all 4 tires have close to 85% of usable tread remaining with a very smooth tread surface seen in the pictures.
