Up for sale is a 1979 Honda CBX, I have had this bike for a few years and really enjoyed it but its time for the next project . The bike was taken down and redone alittle over 3 years ago and Only has 780 miles on all the new parts. The following is a list of what has been done to the bike . Bike has a SPORT KIT installed with new cables , the foot peg mounts have been polished, new rubbers on the front pegs, rears are like new. Bike was taken completely down and the frame and swingarm were powder coated along with the crash bar, upper tree, headlight braket, upper motor mount brakets, levers kickstand and center stand. Wheels were power coated silver and new bridgestone BT45 instailled with dyna beads. Front has new EBC rotors and rear rotor has been drilled. Brake calipers were taken down powder coated and new seals and brake pads installed Both front and rear master cyc. were also resealed. Front was powder coated Brake lines replaced with steel brade. Motor was cleaned and repainted. Pipe is a kerker 6 into one that has a new super trapp muffler on it . Carbs cleaned and New kits installed. K&N filters installed. Front forks were taken down and cleaned , new seals and Progressive springs installed. Tarozzi froke brace installed Rear shocks replaced with Progressive shocks. Turn signals are new after market one from over seas and like just like the factory ones. New mirriors I also have a new screw kit for the carbs that goes with it. This bike is super clean and ready to ride, I own a bike shop and just can't keep every bike that I restore so it's just time for it to fine a new home .
