For those of you who have been watching this car, you are correct, it did sell last week but once again the bidder did not have their financing 100% secured and we had to cancel deal.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Payment Methods
Bank wire transfer is our preferred method, Certified Check, Bank Financing and in some cases Cash. All funds are in US dollars only. Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
In addition to the purchase price, a $389 dealership fee will apply to all sales. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title and registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered. Georgia residents are responsible for all state and county taxes, title and registration fees.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and we can assist in arranging transport at a reasonable price. In some cases, Motorcars of America will offer free shipping; please call for more information at 888-897-9074. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered or picked up by the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Motorcars of America makes every effort to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you and you can always call us for detailed questions or a virtual walk-around using FaceTime. Please be advised used vehicles can have scratches and chips due to their use and age and mechanical parts can fail. Motorcars of America recommends a buyer's inspection for a total understanding of the condition of a vehicle. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Note to Bidders
Please have your financing secured and ready before placing a bid or an offer. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle sell to a motivated buyer before the close of the auction (this happens quite frequently).
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should contact us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted after the auction closes to proceed with deposit, payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 business days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
