A REAL 1970 454 LS5 Chevelle SS numbers matching! A Bucket seat car with Automatic trany, A/C, center counsel, disk brakes. Let’s start with the engine, it’s a BBC big block chevy 454 Cast "3963512" (512) dated J22 9 stamped with 10K and last 6 of VIN and T0220CRQ. Block needs 3 sleeves and each cylinder bored block was never decked! This 454 is the real deal! Machine shop said it’s a good block but needs work, does not need bore lined or decked. Engine is missing cam, crank, lifters. Its mainly just the block with main caps. Both cylinder Heads are cast K19 9 "3964290" and a match to block. Heads are rough but good, both need valves, valve guides, springs, seats cut and or hardened seats put in, has rust in some areas as does block and intake. Heads do not need surfaced just valve job. Intake is Cast "3955287" K17 9 again numbers matching. This original BBC long block engine is good and rebuild-able! The original rear end is missing and long gone. Comes with a 12 bolt Rear end that is non posi and non original to car I believe it’s a 69. I do have a panel to convert this A/C car to non AC, you weld in the panel cut out of a non AC car. Body is now off the frame and on Rotisserie. Please see all pictures before you bid. Body is what you see is what you get, SS hood is almost perfect with no rust, fenders are rusted in normal area towards bottom however where they bolt on has good beefy metal, one fender was replaced and non original. Comes with a rust free DONER frame. DONER Frame was sandblasted clear to bare metal and etched with primer and then painted black, I don’t believe you will find a better disk brake frame that is a perfect match for this car. I have a perfect rear glass however side glass is missing, I might have a few side pieces just need to dig them out. Comes with an OEM donor floor, you will need to weld in see pictures, floor area under rear seats also need replaced, trunk area is not perfect and needs work/patched, trunk has rust around the wheel well area. Quarters will need replaced for sure, they are very bad at bottoms. Bucket seats are gone. Center counsel is gone. Transmission is the Original Turbo 400 with VIN stamped and has plate with 70 stamped also, missing torque converter and will need complete rebuild. The end of trany shaft part was lost, see pictures. Transmission was broken and welded where it bolts to engine, ran fine after it was welded but not visually perfect. Missing drive shaft. This Transmission is good and rebuild-able!. Remember this car was raced hard back in 1994. So it had a hard life and was neglected for years. Its time to restore it! Has rust around the area the rear windshield sets in, front windshield is missing however does not have rust around the area windshield sets in. Roof has surface rust but no rust holes, easy clean up. Grill is a donor and non original. Missing both bumpers, front bucket seats and rear seats and dash. Inner fender wheels are rusted. I do have the original steering Colum and is in good condition. Just don’t have a picture. I believe I also have the original foot pedals. Missing seat belts. If you don’t see it and I did not mention it, it’s missing. Radiator core support is rust free and good. I don’t have the LH light bezel but have a good RH front light bezels. Both LH and RH Doors are solid top and bottom, no rust holes, RH door was replaced and not original. Kick panels should be replaced. Comes with 2 original 1970 Chevelle rims/wheels both are 14x7 Stamped k19 11 11 YW both. Aluminum rims that are on it do not come with this Chevelle! I will put some plan rims and tires for shipping. I can put all the parts in the car on the frame and get it ready to ship if you need it shipped. Buyer will make arrangements with a transport company. Comes with a Clear Missouri Title, no issues!
