Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before being listed on eBay so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each photo in detail. I am not a mechanic. However, I take dozens of photos and include a lengthy description of how each vehicle drives in real life. Each vehicle is represented accurately to the best of my ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is one tough old Jeep. The Jeep Cherokee has earned a reputation for being one of the most reliable SUV's on the market...and this one is a perfect example of why that is. I would rate the exterior of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE condition for the age/mileage of the vehicle. As you can see, the paint has faded over time. It looks like there was some rust repair done around the door handles at one time or another. The right tail light is broken. All of the glass is intact. This Jeep has aftermarket alloy wheels. The tires are average all around. I didn't even bother to wash it for the photos. It is what it is... I would rate the interior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE condition for the age/miles of this vehicle. The door panels are pretty clean...as are the carpets, all things considered. The drivers seat shows wear as expected for the age of the vehicle and is about 1/4 duct tape at this point. The other seats are in remarkable condition for their age. The headliner is loose which is normal. The rear hatch struts are weak...also normal. This Cherokee has the Limited trim package which is absolutely top of the line. If offers the Jensen Premium Sound system as well as power windows, locks, seats and mirrors. The most remarkable thing is that they all work! The seats both work...the windows all work...the locks work...even the power mirrors still work. The climate control system appears to be in working order. The a/c even turns on. The original owners manual is included in the glove compartment. This truck has stood up to time very well. Mechanically, this appears to be a solid running Jeep. The famous 4.0L strait six starts easily and runs smoothly. Although I'm sure she isn't completely dry, I didn't see any active leaks. The engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight like it should and the steering is smooth and easy. The brakes feel good. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. One feature of the Limited Edition Cherokee is the transfer case. Unlike lesser models, the Limited Edition offers the option for full time AWD in addition to strait 4WD. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the road, this Jeep far exceeded my expectations for a vehicle with close to 300,000 miles. The power is all there, making accelleration a breeze. She tracks nice and strait down the road and doesn't protest at highway speed. I was very impressed with this Jeep. It keeps a steady engine temperature and the oil pressure is excellent and responsive which is very important.
