This is a 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Caddy LX version truck. This truck runs, drives, and stops, but needs work. All electrical works, including fan, and has a somewhat newly installed motor. There is NO A/C. Smokes for a little when you start it after not driving it for a while, but goes away completely after a few seconds of driving. It also has a newly rebuilt Fuel Pump. The body has over 500,000 miles on it, and the motor has approximately 40,000 on the swap. The body is in good shape minus being tagged in the back. The truck is still straight and has original paint. Absolutely no Rust Through. There is no rear bumper either. Tires are also nearly new. To be perfect mechanically, I would go through everything, but the motor is good, and all electrical works. It also needs little stuff like a door handle on the driver's side, armrest on the driver's side, replace the hood cable, and replace the e-brake. Radio is not included...it was broken, so I removed it. It will take little to get this going as a daily driver as it sits, or you can put a little more money into the body and get it perfect.
