Vehicle Detail
1989 Honda Hawk GT, 49K plus miles. She has some miles on her, but she has been well maintained. As the bike sits today, everything works on the bike. All lights, sensors, gauges, etc. All fluids are fresh from the coolant to the oil, to the brake fluid. Runs perfectly. Chain and sprockets look good, previous owner stated he had changed them at 46K. Tires are Dunlop bias plys in the stock sizes. Front has 60%+ or more tread remaining. Rear has 40-50% remaining. Previous owner had added the Targa Tsunami fairing, and the SuperTrapp exhaust. Bike was rejetted for the SuperTrapp. I also have the perfect OEM exhaust I can include if desired. Bike comes with a nice custom Corbin seat that is black leather on the seating area, and red vinyl at the back. Seat is perfect with no tears or ripped seams. Bike has heated grips controlled by a switch near the left grip. In the last month I have replaced both the temperature gauge sending sensor, and the cooling fan sensor. I also installed a manual bypass so the rider can turn the fan on whenever desired. Gauge lighting replaced with LEDs. All warning lights work correctly, all gauges work correctly. I also installed a set of custom frame sliders. To my knowledge, this bike has never been dropped. Absolutely no evidence such as scratches or dents anywhere. The only paintwork the bike has received is a repaint of the rear cowl due to the red paint fading. All tabs in the plastic cowl are present and solid. NOTE--> the picture showing the rear cowl is from before I had the rear cowl repainted. It's now a brighter red, but missing the NT650 decal. Video shows cowl with new paint. Could not get the link to my YouTube video of the bike to link correctly. Go to YouTube, and search for hiram611. It's the only video I have currently posted. Clear GA title, paypal deposit of $250 due with 24 hours of auction end, balance in cash at pick up. No shipping included, but will work with buyer. I do have a trailer and could (for a fee) assist with delivery within 5 hours of Atlanta.
