This 1964 sport coupe has rare options like power brakes, power steering and air conditioning. The engine is a 389 4bbl. with a 2 speed automatic transmission, has console shifter with bucket seats. The sport coupe had a post between the two windows. This makes the car lighter because the extra roof reinforcement was not required. Only 7,384 Sport Coupes were produced so this is an extremely rare car. A complete restoration is needed. Car is complete. Has rust in the usual places. Frame appears to be solid. Trunk floor is solid except for small holes near wheel opening. Floor pans appear to be in good condition. The rear bumper has been removed as the rear tail lights and some stainless steel moldings but its there, GTO hood has been media blasted and is in primer. Will not sell hood separate. Its all there. I was getting it ready for the body shop when the owner became ill so I decided to sell it. I have a clear title in hand. I have a clear Virginia Title in hand ready to be signed over to its new owner. The engine in this car is a 1964 389 4 bbl. Its spins freely. It was running less than 4 months ago. Car has the original steel 14" wheels and hubcaps all in good condition. I also have the spare tire. The AC compressor with the brackets comes with the car. The drivers door has a dent but I will include a excellent door with the car. I also have a Patch panel for the lower rear qtr. panel. I have installed a new master cylinder. No trades accepted.
