1951 chevy 2 door deluxe fleetline fast back, orginal 216 engine with original 3 speed colum shifter, this car was restored about 12 yrs ago and is still in very nice condition. it is by no means perfect but for its age and the age of the restoration it is a very nice driver. it runs and drives very good, all the gauges except the fuel gauge work, all the lights work, all the glass is original and not cracked but there is some bubbleing around the edges. all the windows go up and down good and all the door seals are good, the trunk seal is good. it does have aftermarket aluminum wheels and the tires are a 215 series but is calls for 205 series tires. it has nice interior that is cloth not vynal. it does need the dash painted becuase there is overspray on it. I did not restore this car I purchased it pretty much the way you see it. I have owned this care for a while and we really love driving it. I am selling because I purchased a impala and I need the room in my shop. all the brakes work good, the font end is tight, heater works good, vacumm wipers work good. dash clock does not work radiator does not leak and the car runs cool. it has single exhause and is very quiet You are welcome and encouraged to come and take a look and take it for a spin. as for the engine I believe it was re-built at some point in time of its life because the block is a re-manufactured block. This car is still 6 volt charging system but it does have an 8 volt battery. there is a minor damage to the front marker light bezel (see pics) please look at the pics and call with questions. the front bumper has been re-chromed and the gravel gaurds are re-conditioned. all the stainless on the car is in pretty good shape, some of the chrome needs re plated. the floors and trunk are solid with no major rust. there are no holes in the floors and none in the trunk, there is one small hole in the spare tire well. again this car is not perfect but does look good and drive good and gets compliments when ever I drive it. the paint is in good shape for its age and still shines good. antique title! give me call if you want to set up a time to check it out or talk further about it.
