Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before being listed on eBay so I can tell you first hand how this vehicle looks, runs and drives. We are high volume auto brokers, not mechanics. We disclose everything we know about each vehicle. Vehicles are available for inspection and test drives by appointment only at my York, PA storage facility. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully...including reviewing all photos. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a fun little 4x4...just in time for the snow. The Suzuki Sidekick has an excellent reputation for being a tough little truck. This one is trimmed in the JX package. I would rate the exterior condition of this vehicle to be in BELOW AVERAGE condition. From a few feet, this is an average looking truck. Upon closer inspection, you will see rust at the fenders and in some of the rocker panels. I didn't see any holes...but moderate rust is present. The JX trim level includes alloy wheels and body color grill and bumpers, too. The tires are in average condition all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. If you're planning on winning some Suzuki shows, this probably isn't for you. If you want a reliable 4x4 at a good price, keep reading... I would rate the interior of this Sidekick to be in AVERAGE condition. The gray cloth seats appear to be in good condition and show well. The interior is cleaner than I expected and pretty comfortable. The cargo area is spacious and accessed through a wide rear door that swings to the side...which I really like. Interior room is good for a small vehicle. The radio works. The heat works well, too. Again, nothing really fancy but it will get the job done. Mechanically, this little Suzuki appears to be in good running condition. The 1.6L 16V engine starts easily and runs smoothly. There is a slight whine that appears to be coming from the a/c compressor. I did not see any smoke or leaks coming from the engine. Out on the highway, this little Suzuki cruises better than I expected. The clutch does not slip or chatter. Gear changes are smooth. This truck cruises at 75mph with no problems. The suspension feels solid. The brakes stop the truck well. During my road test, the engine held perfect temperature and there were no warning lights on. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. These are tough little trucks that can really take a beating. If you're looking for something to get around in this winter...look no further. This truck will be sold TMU...or True Miles Unknown. The left digit in the odometer is missing and the odometer is inoperative.
