Excellent truck. No reserve. One family owned, purchased by my father in Southern California in 1972. Always a California truck. Original blue-yellow plates, no rust, original red-orange paint (one respray over original paint in 2003). 176,500 original miles. Factory 350 cubic inch Chevrolet Goodwrench replacement motor from original dealer at 120,000 miles. Original Rochester carb, intake, air cleaner, etc. Driven daily. Runs excellent. Drives smooth. Body is super straight, the truck is overall very, very nice. Bed is dent free and clean. Turbo-hydramatic trans, Custom Camper ¾ ton, Custom Deluxe Equipment Package, includes: tilt-wheel, heavy duty radiator, suspension, sway bar, disk brakes, stainless towing mirrors, heavy duty tow package, telescoping rear bumper, dual-battery setup, dual saddle tanks, heavy-duty alternator, factory 4-season air-conditioning (currently not working), Sony removable am/fm c-d with iPod hookup, Sony speakers, completely original and very rare white/tartan Highlander plaid interior. Factory driver manuals. Upgraded factory Chevy aluminum wheels with newer Michelins, sliding rear window. Body is excellent. Used as a family vacation truck over the years-never a work truck. Always a dependable truck. Never in an accident. Always taken care of. Note: Since the truck is mostly original, there are some dings and chips in paint as expected, also dent in front bumper (someone pushed the bumper forward in a parking lot and left, not a road accident), windshield has a crack, carpet and seat cover need to be replaced, armrests need replacement, but it is all original. Crack in the steering wheel (see pics) does not present a problem when driving. Small crack on dash pad. Some pitting and corrosion on some of the ext. trim (mirrors, chrome, etc.) One spot on the passenger door may be showing the beginnings of corrosion. No rust through or softness. The alternator belt sometimes slips (may need an adjustment or replacement), the transmission neutral safety switch is going out ($48.00 part, easy fix). Truck starts perfectly in neutral). Some pieces in the wood bed will need replacing at some point. All of these are easy fixes and all the parts are readily available. I have put the truck up for auction with No Reserve at a very low price. Someone will drive away with a great truck. I have done my best to represent this vehicle in print and in photos.
