You are bidding on a good running 940 wagon,traded on a new Volvo. This is a non turbo 2.3 L engine with automatic transmission. Vehicle runs very well and quiet,upon inspection,I noticed a lot of new parts under the hood:timing belt and water pump have been recently changed,sticker present(Volvo original parts),distributor,plugs and wires are all recent. Car runs straight and quiet down the hwy,no drivebility issues,tight suspension and steering. Body has no rust what so ever,some dents on the hood and the drivers door seems to have a darker shade,maybe it was repainted in the past. Cloth interior,with the optional third seat mounted in the trunk,stains on the seats. Vehicle is a very solid driver,as described,however has some issues that I noticed:stain on drivers seat,one rear taillight is missing a portion,however,all lights are working,including the center brake light.I noticed some dents on the hood also,some trim pieces inside are loose ,all consistent with the mileage. No warning lights,we had the car inspected and replaced a vacuum line that triggered the check engine light. Car is one of the strongest models Volvo made,and seems very good mechanical,it has a lot of miles and some cosmetic issues that I described,so,it is priced very resonable,NO RESERVE.
