Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before being listed on eBay so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. Vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only at my storage facility in York, PA. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Please take the time to read this entire description, including reviewing all photos, before bidding. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII. The Mark Series has been the flagship coupe of the Lincoln brand since its inception. Their lines are unmistakable and they represent the pinacle of luxury and technology for their respective generations. I would rate the exterior condition of this example as AVERAGE. While the paint is showing some oxidation over the roof/hood/trunk, the body is in good shape. There are no major dents, scratches or scrapes. Just some expected wear and tear. The alloy wheels look good and the tires have good tread. The glass and lenses appear to be intact. I would rate the interior of this Lincoln as ABOVE AVERAGE. The carpets are clean throughout. Black on Black Lincolns are not very common...and the black leather interior in this Mark VIII is in great shape. The seats show very well. The headliner is clean. The power windows, locks, seats, sunroof and mirrors all work as they should. The climate control is fully automatic and appears to be functioning properly. The stereo is the original factory unit which is working properly. This Mark VIII comes with two sets of keys and two remotes for the factory remote entry system. Mechanically, this Lincoln is in pretty good condition for an older vehicle. The 280hp 4.6L DOHC 32V V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I did not notice any leaks. The suspension is tight. The car will drop a bit from sitting (normal with age) but ride stance is how it should be when the car is running/driving. The steering wheel is a few degrees off but it drives well. The brakes stop the car very well and show no vibrations even under heavy braking. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. You do notice downshifts as you're slowing to a stop but this is an older car so it didn't concern me too much. A fluid/filter change might smooth it out...or it can easily be driven as it is. During my road test, the engine held proper temperature. This car is no slouch either. The 32V engine likes to rev and is much, much quicker than I expeted it to be. The tach sometimes sticks. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII. The Mark Series has been the flagship coupe of the Lincoln brand since its inception.
