Clean, Low-Miles, Well-Cared For Head-Turner… I am the original owner of this 1998 Firebird. Runs extremely well and strong, and despite its aggressive look, I have babied this car since it was new – not driven hard or into the ground – you can see from the interior and exterior. It truly is like new in and out. Why am I selling now? Don’t want to, but I am 40 with 3 kids and (I’m told) it’s time to move on from the Firebird. Some highlights: · SLP Ram Air hood, the same manufacturer that OEMs the Firehawk hoods – this hood fits like an original; no gaps no waves. · MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust – sounds great and very noticeable pipes. · 4x 275 AT Italia wheels and Z-rated tires – awesome stance all around and great handling. · Custom graphics and racing stripes – stands out from the crowd. · Garage-kept since new – no harsh weather damage anywhere. · Low miles – driven less than 6K miles per year, and those mostly highway. · K&N air filter. · OEM anti-theft lock system, not aftermarket. · OEM Monsoon Stereo system, replaced speakers recently with Infinity. Some things to note: I will be completely open and honest with this car because I trust in the car and know it will make the next owner happy. Note: · This is a 3.8L V6 – despite the hood · The AC runs but not cool; I am not sure whether it only needs recharging or what · If looking for a CarFax I will tell you it has been in the shop twice: once when I ran over road debris on the highway and it punctured the oil pan; this has been replaced years ago and is like new; the car was thoroughly checked which required dropping trans pan etc. There was no other damage. Another time a shopping cart in a parking lot put a ding in the right rear panel, and it was immediately repaired professionally—no rust , no bubbles, no cracks.
