Vehicle Detail
This is a 1969 mustang with a strong 302 v8 and 3 speed manual transmission It has: new front drums/pads/wheel cylinders new edelbrock 650 cfm carb new edelbrock intake rear air shocks (air valve stem hidden by license plate to raise/lower rear end) traction bars new interior door panels new front bumper ceramic coated headers dual flow masters new valve covers battery (2 years old) new battery tray flushed/cleaned out radiator by shop chrome thermostat housing rebuilt alternator new radiator hoses grant steering wheel kenwood stereo bucket seatshood scoop new distributor/wires new voltage regulator bucket seats new dash new headliner vinyl top replaced new balanced drive shaft/u-joints new wheel bearings new gas tank w/ hose new heater corenew headliner Everything marked as "new" has been replaced in the past 7 years. Engine has less than 7,500 miles on rebuild 7 years ago, tires (Cooper radial G/t) have less than 4,000 miles on them. The entire front end was stripped down to metal summer of 2009, from the front of the doors, forward. I painted everything with por 15, which is great stuff. Interior of the car was rhinolined before new carpet was put in, trunk rhinolined as well. It has also been garaged since I have owned it (7 years), and is 90% rust free. In the trunk there are some spots in the corner that have been rusted out, but they are not visible and the rust has been treated and painted over several years ago. Also, passenger door has a crinkle in it and needs a new door skin (120$), and installed/painted. The rest of the paint job is 7 years old and has some chips and scratches in it, but nothing major. I also havent done any work to the suspension. The windows also don't line up completely perfect. There is maybe 1/8" of an inch gap between the front and rear. Other than that the car starts everytime and sounds great with no other issues. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions!
