I AM LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS BUYER. I bought this during the last year and I am looking to turn some cash around to pay some bills so it must go. Someone will get a true 138 Big Block “Super Sport” at a very fair price. There’s no better time to buy than during the off season for the guy that wants to save some money ! You see what the clones sell for so here’s a real “SS” 4 speed you can have some fun with. It has a 12 bolt rear with sway bar. HERES AN OLDER RESTORATION THAT GOES BACK ABOUT 20 years or so. Restore it or have fun with it the way it is. This is a good running and good sounding big block with a 4 speed, It runs smooth and quiet. I was told it doesn’t have the numbers matching motor. unsure about the rest of it. Some numbers I took off the front of the block are 11227EDHG118700. The 4 speed transmission looks an aluminum Muncie. The miles shown are 53,218, I can only assume that’s been over. The car has nice sounding dual exhaust. The car goes down the road nice and shifts well. Most things work well like the wipers, and emergency brake, vintage style AM-FM radio, horn etc, The blower for the heater doesn’t turn on. The interior looks to be original and is showing age but is still very serviceable like it sits or do it over if you choose. The console is now sitting loose. I think the shifter must be different as the console mounting holes don’t line up exactly with the original mounting brackets attached to the floor. This car has a base coat clear coat paint that was sanded and buffed years ago. The paint and body still show very well. A couple minor blisters up near trunk lid area. The paint and finish looks nice around the rear window area. The body is fairly straight. Some minor chips or scratches but very insignificant. The chrome still has a nice shine. The floors look very nice as well as the frame. The inner rockers may need alittle attention at some point but can be left for now as they aren’t that bad. The frame doesn’t really have any scale on it. The floors and frame would look nice if someone just took the time to clean them alittle and put some black paint on them. The trunk has had work but still shows pretty decent. You could restore the car and make it perfect or use it basically like it is. All in all a great car for the money. I drove the car on a transport plate so I did not register the car.. I will give the paperwork to the new owner just as I got it. He signed it and handed it to me. It’s from a non title state so it will come with a reassignment form for ownership transfer, last registration and the bill of sale,. You will get a title in your name if you are in a title state after you get plates for it. Please come inspect the car to be sure it meets all your expectations. This description is mearly my opinion. The only way to know if you like it is to see it or send an independent inspector to look at it. . 300.00 deposit is due immediately following the auction end. Balance due within 5 days. Selling as is A check is fine but will need atleast one to two weeks to clear my bank before car or paperwork leaves. This is what my bank has told me.
