This truck is a 1948 Thriftmaster 6 cylinder 4 speed it has dump box two rams, big six split manafolds all totally original with side pump. clear title all serial numbers match frame motor and transmission. there is a dent in the rear left fender. This truck is mechanically sound. We drive it everywhere we hauled a bobcat 70 plus miles in the summer it never skipped a beat, it the heat other cars were sitting along side the road, the only trouble we had was with the trailer flat tire of course. The inside could use some T L C. and the heater does work, I have looked all over the internet and I had a hard time finding one similar it seems to be unique. and the title number is unique when we applied for collecter plates the DMV thought we were kidding. I believe this truck was kept in Arizon most of its life but returned to Wi when the owner went into a nursing home we have had it for 6 or 7 years and havent had any problems I got an email stating they ran the serial number and it is a 1 ton 137 inch wheelebase made in Janesville Wi and it is a 1947.
