This 1989 Lincoln Town Car is originally from California and is rust free per documents discovered within. This vehicle was left behind on a rental property after the former tenant moved out. I recently obtained ownership of this vehicle in exchange for labor provided. With that said, I have obtained a clear title and this vehicle is being sold as is. Our loal Ford dealership assisted with locating a key for the ignition only. I do not have a key for the locks though. This vehicle starts and runs smoothly. The brakes are great and the exhaust system is brand new. The majority of the body is very solid besides the dent on the rear passenger side door and quarter depited in the photos. All damaged areas are also depicted in the photos. The under carriage is in great condition. The alternator and the plug where the alternator connects to appear to have been fried. I would venture to guess that someone attempted to jump the battery with the cables backwards. The current battery is charged and allows for driving. The tires have approximately 50% tread left. The interior is fair with some cigarette burns on the appolstery. The rear driver's side door's automatic window appears to be off the track. The window will not lower but the motor makes noise when activated as if it is trying. The reserve price is set at the quote that I was offered from our local scrap yard.
