WONT LAST!! GREAT GIFT!! RARE!! 1959 Chevrolet Apache 31 "Custom" Short Bed Step Side w/orig 1959 title dated February 1960 and is from orig owner. You heard me right. Orig clear clean title to this truck! It has been laminated to keep it safe. As seen by many in Las Vega$ and recently filmed for an upcoming movie,this beautiful truck turns all heads and I have been asked many x "is it for sale?" Well now it is. This beautiful truck was owned by the orig owner until I bought it. I have managed to keep the orig title dated February 1960 which will be included in the sale. This truck spent most of its life in California until it was brought here to Las Vegas. It was customized and updated by the orig owner who spent thousands to customize and update it for his children who have decided on a newer vehicle. I bought it instead but now I am downsizing what I have so I decided to let it go. Truck runs and drives great and is a daily driver!! NO RUST EVER!!Here are some details. Everything was redone or restored/customized several years ago and the truck still runs and looks great with minor finishes to be perfect. It is however just fine to drive and enjoy as is. It has a newer 91/92 350ci Chevy v8 w/2bbl carb along with 350 3sp Hydramatic auto trans and a beefy rear that moves well with the rest.This truck moves stops and sounds great as is. It has not been raced or beat on but the drive train can be even faster with a few more upgrades. I like it as is to just cruise yet move when I want too and is better on gas. Carb however may need rebuilding soon. All undercarriage is updated and has all new parts including springs shocks and more. This truck has big disc brakes front and drum rear. It starts and stops great. All new duel exhaust with 18" glasspacks and chrome tips. Has hard to find deep dish Centerline racing rims with matching tires valued over $2k.Updated custom beamed headlights/parking lights. New gas tank and rubber throughout. All glass is perfect! The chrome hood rocket is off a 55 Olds. The power steering and brakes are also updated from a later model Chevy truck along with steering shaft and more. The steering wheel is a newer classic 50s/60's style racing wheel. The seats are from a newer Chevy truck and fit and feel perfect w/shoulder strap belts. Also has a steel diamond cut style bed that looks great and can handle any load. Custom duel sliding tinted rear window. Nice matching carpet. This truck was done professionally and tastefully to the 50s/60s hot rod area. The paint is professional "Metallic Fuchsia" with 2 tone in cab and still in great shape. Chrome is like new all around except where front plate goes which may need buffing. This truck has many other great features like all new "dial" racing gauges made for specially this year and model truck which also includes oil pressure,temperature,fuel, battery (volts), turn signals/flashers and speedo. New wiring throughout, new air horns and a tastefully placed FM stereo CD player w/speakers in doors. No clutter just the things u need without taking away the orig look. Everything works well except the wipers and speedo at the moment which need to be hooked up and I will try and do that myself but consider them not working. Everything is there I just may have the wrong size cable. The hood opens and closes good and even however u have to push the back down after u latch it. Just needs adjusting. Small dent on bed wheel well top passenger side that can be easily pushed back and isnt that bad. This truck runs and looks great as is but would be a nice project show truck with a little more time and $$. I will be posting more photos of the undercarriage and engine just didnt have much time this week and wanted to list it before Christmas.
