Vehicle Detail
2007 Suburban LTZ BLACK 150K, meticulously maintained, one of the cleanest vehicles you will find & looks near mint, or brand new inside and the outside is clean but has your typical bumps and bruises for a 4-5 year old vehicle. Oil changed every 3000K (doesn’t leak any between changes) This car was used to drive around the country and give seminars, occasionally we needed to bring a computer and projector and thought we may even pull a trailer but as it turned out it was hardly packed and has pulled a small aluminum trailer less than 3 times. The car needed little more than its oil changed until about 2 months ago when everything seemed to go at once (we were kind of putting off repairs for a couple months too trying to decide whether or not to keep it or sell it)… not bad though for 4 years!!! So we decided to do about $4000-$5000 in work here is what we did: · New shocks/struts (quite expensive because this is auto/airide · New rotors and pads all the way around · New ball joints and ujoints all the way around (if there was a joint in the suspension or steering we got new ones –A arms included!) · Tires rotated and 4 wheel alignment · All fluids changed (differentials, coolant, steering, brakes, you name it) · Tuneup · New DVD/Nav unit (the Nav started acting up on the old one) So there is literally NOTHING wrong with this truck. We spent all this money because we fully intended to drive it another 150K… but now our plans have changed It has lots of toys… FACTORY: · Stitched heated leather seats… captains chairs in front and second row (second row are also heated) The seats have been covered since day 1 and I will include the custom covers with the truck… all three rows will have custom 2 tone covers that are also in pretty good shape… we really only used this vehicle for work as I have a Jeep and my wife drives a minivan!!! The carpets have also been covered with custom weathertec mats since day 1 and I am a OCD clean freak so this vehicle was literally vacuumed clean enough to eat off the floor mats once a week! · BOSE DVD / NAVIGATION entertainment system… Screen in the front console and back second row that can be seen by all rear passengers. Backup sensors and backup camera. Rear entertainment system and control module with RCA inputs. This DVD NAV system failed last year and when we had everything fixed above we had it replaced… It was nearly $1500 and is brand new under warranty and was fully updated! We have the remote and headsets too but never used them. · All the normal PS PB ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING AND SUPER HOT HEAT… Quad climate control so you can adjust the vehicle in 4 quadrants right left and front back The rear controls are in the back. Power seats all the way around, Auto headlights, turn signals on mirrors, auto climate (or manual), adjustable foot pedals, homelink garage door openers, remote start (factory), rear heating air control · Factory remote start and 2 keyless entry fobs in like new condition with a couple extra keys also in very good condition (these were all new 2 years ago!) · TRIP COMPUTER, Compass, Temperature etc… · Custom burlap mahogany wood dash · 50/50 split rear captains chairs in third row that easily remove (SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OLDER SUBURBANS!) · Factory airide suspension (this rides better than a Cadillac) · Moonroof/Sunroof · Power lift gate (LOVE THIS… you can open the rear tailgate with a button on the key fob or from inside the vehicle with a button) · AUTO and manual 4wd 4x4 as well as a real low range (which a lot of luxury SUV’s don’t have any more) · Power outlets in the front dash, front center console, second row and in the cargo area. AFTERMARKET: · 2” suspension lift kit (actually makes vehicle ride better than stock) $1000 · Safari roof rack (does impede MPG, I will remove if you don’t want it) $500 · Custom weathertec floor mats in all 3 rows and back (Cabela’s brand) $600 · Custom seat covers in all 3 rows $750 · Hypertec chip (allows to custom tune vehicle for towing, MPG, power etc) (it is possible to get 23-24 MPG with the proper tune) $450 · Wired trailer harness (unfortunately new chevy’s do not have harnesses to just plug into so it is necessary to have a dealer wire these and the cost is about $500) · LOCKPIC installed… allows you to enter nav settings or watch a DVD player in the front while driving (for the passenger of course) and allows you to set several other custom functions, this is perhaps one of my favorite things about this suburban $400 · Pro Comp Black wheels 2 years old with BFG 33” (285) oversized tires that are about 50% worn (or more) but are GREAT tires $1800 KNOWN ISSUES: There are no issues… as I said we have fixed anything and everything thinking we would drive this forever… but there is a small scratch and nick on the front driver bumper fender, a small dent/scratch on the rear driver side fender, there is also a 2”x2” L shaped place in the rear passenger side where someone backed into the burban in a parking lot… The bumper cover is plastic so it just ripped a clean hole in it. Runs and drives great… We are asking $23,500 which is way less than we have into it obviously… I realize you can get a 2007 with lower mileage for this price but this truck has eery factory option and tons of aftermarket stuff with all maintenance done in the last 2 months… I feel it is a steal at $23,500.
