Vehicle Detail
1966 GTO tuxedo black with red interior with full consol with a 3 speed B&M shifter and a super pro tach. on the consol. It has a 455 cu. in. engine in it for a 1973 grandville pontiac I have the title of that car also. It has a 4 barrel Rochester carb. 850 which was rebuilt by a speed shop here in Fremont Ohio in 2004. The transmission is a 400 turbo 3 speed auto. The rear end is all new guts inside of old tube, its an Auburn positraction limited-slip with 373 gears which was new in 2005 put in by Baker diversified Vehicle technology here in Fremont ohio . Also the drive shaft was balanced and racing u-joints put in. The radiator is a 4 core which is new along with a new water pump and a flex fan I also have a fan clutch for this. The brakes are all new with drums also and a new master and power booster for the power brakes and all new brake lines. Power steering pump and hose are new in 2004 and all bushing and front end parts are new in 2003. The goat has new floor and truck pans in 2003. The Gas tank is new in 2004. It has a new electrlical harness and new turn and brake light switch. It has a GT sport steering wheel and Cragar rims all new in 2003. The interior is all new headliner, door pannels, seat covers, and carpet. It has a am/fm/ cd player with rear speakers. The chrome is all there and its in good shape its all original and the bumpers have been rechromed. There is no rust on the body or bondo. I do not do body work and the car was last done 8 1/2 years ago. The sides has a little wave on them but its not that bad, my body man said its because they did not block sand it enough, and said not to worry about it untile the next time you want to redo the body. I'm very picky with my cars and pickup truck and I don't let anyone drive my car but my wife. I'm 63 years old and its time to down size my cars. I had a lot of fun with this car and the reason i bought this car was i graduated in 1966 and i went to viet nam in 1966 it was my dream to have a 1966 GTO. I bought the car in 2003 and state farm insurance appraised it and insuraned it for $30000.00. I gave $20000.00 for the car and I have a little over $26000.00 in it now. I will deal somewhat on the price but its a good buy and you will have a lot of fun and turn a lot of heads when you drive this one. Ken 1-419-261-7531
