Normal 0 0 1 323 1842 15 3 2262 11.1539 0 0 0 This is a 1965 11-window kombi. It has been recently restored. It has approximately 12,000 miles on it since being finished in November 2010. The first show the bus was entered in, it won Best Custom Bus (Bulli Brigade 2010). It was built to be a driver and that what it has done, DRIVE. This bus has traveled all over Florida without a single issue. Now for the details… Body. All rust has been cut out and new metal welded in. New front floors New Cargo floors New long side rocker New Lower nose New cargo rocker New jack points (all 4) New outriggers (all 4) New battery tray Body was stripped to bare metal, then sprayed with epoxy primer, fill primer, and finally painted base coat clear coat L-87 Pearl White There are a few chips in the paint, but hey” it’s a driver” All rubber seals and gaskets have been changed All window rubber is new including the pop out windows and door glass. Suspension. Front beam is a new CB performance 2” narrowed with flipped drop spindles 944 disc brakes on all four corners with 944 master cylinders Rear suspension is IRS with a late model freeway flyer 1303 fuel injected trans It has 2.5” wheel tubs and a 2” steering box raise with a shortened steering column. The tubs DO NOT affect the front seat height. Front seats function as normal. Engine. The engine is a Mexican Long Block purchased from CB Performance. It has approximately 30,000 mile on it. It has a low profile puma shroud, new alternator, bocar pict34 carb, and 1 5/8” A-1 Sidewinder Exhaust Wheels &Tires. Flat4 Chrome Fuch Alloys 4.5” and Deeps 6’s with detailed caps. The spare tire is a 4.5 Flat4 Polished Fuch The front tires are Contential 145/65/15, the rear are 195/60/15 Interior. All seats(Fronts, Middle, and Rear) have been covered in Marine Grade Burgundy Vinyl. The front seats are stock with a slight modification to the passenger seat frame bottom in order to clear the 2.5” tub. The middle and rear seats are from an early bay window bus. The front door panels and lower under dash panels are ABS plastic covered in Vinyl. The rear cargo panels are custom wood panels that match the wood headliner. International buyers welcome.
