ONLY a little of 3 days left for this. Make your buying decisions soon. This is a 1986 GMC Sierra 2500. I used to drive it to and from work and then bought a newer truck. It has the original 350 engine and 400trans. 4:11 rear. It is a 2wd only. The only rust that was on this before painted was lower cab corners and that had bondo put on as purely a preservative. The paint NOT perfect but was also purely a preservative. The front fender wells also need to be replaced. Interior is in great condition. It is driven periodically and runs well. Trans shifts rough out of first and rest are fine. It will need a little attention. I suspect gasket leak but I’m not a mechanic. Tires have plenty of tread @ 10/32”. 265/75/16. Helper springs in rear. Based on recent parts sales I know cab is worth roughly $500 bed is worth about $500 and engine and trans worth about $1000-$1200, front housing worth another $500 +/-, tires worth about $300 and other misc. add up to about $300-400. I’m paying $50/month for insurance so if it doesn’t sell THIS WEEK. For those of you that are interested please call (765) 274-2365. I'm only listing that because I'm not paying another $50 for an ebay listing if this doesn't sell on the first listing. I’m going to take it to salvage just to save the $50/month in insurance. I hate to do it but I don’t need the bill nor the truck. Give it a home. Just a strong truck that runs well. Feel free to make a respectable offer. FYI I will clear roughly $1000 after salvage of truck and tire sales as well as save another $600/year on insurance so please keep that in mind with offer.
