Up for bids is a 2003 Ford Escape XLT 4X4 3.0 SUV. I purchased the truck less a year and a half ago for $8,995 (I have all dealership paperwork). The only reason I'm selling is that I no longer need an SUV for my purposes and need to pay some bills. It received a full professional tune up in Feb along with 4 new tires. I also had new brakes and rotors installed last month. Just this week it recieved a diagnostic check, oil change, battery check, tire check along with all lights and fluids (no issues). The truck drives very well and is excellent in the snow with shift on the fly 4wd. The mileage is mostly highway. Expect some overall wear since the vehicle is almost 9 yrs old, but it looks and runs great. There are NO issues with long trips, as it has been on several 6-14 hour trips (almost non-stop) to both warm and snowy environments without issues. Also has a custom installed power inverter to charge phones and computers without the need for a car adapter. The ball joints need to be lubricated and the fluid light stays on for no apparent reason. I will supply paperwork for the tune up, tires, and recent work that shows there are no fluid issues.
