I am listing this low mileage 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8S on behalf of my friend with NO reserve and NO buy it now – highest bidder gets this great little car. This car was primarily driven by his retired parents for the past 6 years which is why the mileage is so low. A little over a month ago his parents were involved in a rear end accident and instead of getting the car fixed they decided to get a new car. The car was drivable after the accident as my friend did continue driving it for a short time but then the car was parked in their garage where it has sat for a month. The battery is now completely drained. We have tried jumping it with cheap jumper cables but we can only get enough juice to get the accessories on not enough to start it. I think it needs to sit on a charger because the Interstate battery was just replaced within the past 2 years but I guess it could be a bad battery. If you have any questions please send me an email. Please continue reading for a complete description of this car. **INTERIOR** The interior is in good shape with no rips, tears, burn holes, or odors. Nobody in my friend’s family smokes. There are some stains as you can see in the pictures but this is to be expected with the age of the car. With the exception of a jammed CD player everything works. In addition the standard 1.8S features (A/C, power locks/mirrors/windows, etc) this car was also factory equipped with an AM/FM CD player with aux input, cruise control, and automatic transmission. There is also a working Excalibur brand remote keyless entry/remote start system. **EXTERIOR** As I said the rear end of this car has recent collision damage. The right quarter panel, trunk floor (minor), and rear body panel need to be repaired. You’re going to need to replace the trunk lid (it does open and latch), right taillight, and rear bumper assembly (we have the rear bumper cover but it needs to be replaced). The rear rails and exhaust system are good. A few years ago my friend was involved in a front end collision which was never fixed. The hood and the upper tie bar need to be repaired (front is rolled in slightly and starting to rust due to lack of repairs). The front bumper cover and grille need to be replaced. And the headlight tabs are cracked. There is no damage to the front rails or HVAC system and I will stress again the car has been driven like this for years with no issues so honestly the rear is the only thing that needs immediate attention to get this car road worthy again. Other than that you will find normal dings and scratches but there is no rust other than the hood and there is no peeling/faded paint or clear coat. **MECHANICAL** Before the battery died the car was running great as would be expected with a car that has less than 70K miles. The engine is not knocking or smoking and there are no visible fluid leaks. Regular oil changes have always been done although it is overdue for a tune up. The car just passed its Illinois Emissions Test in June. All 4 tires were replaced at 64,150 miles so they have less 5K miles on them and the front brakes have less than 10K miles on them – documentation is available for this. The airbag light has been on for many years now but there have been no issues – no one has ever had this diagnosed so I couldn’t tell you why the light is on. **TERMS OF SALE** You are buying a used car here so it’s not perfect. I have done the best I can to accurately describe this car.
