This Eldorado Coupe body is overall in fair to good condition. There is some rust spots along lower edge of vinyl top which needs replacement. No lower body rust. Chrome is good to excellent condition All glass is intact. Power windows work. New fiberglass fender extensions. New paint on extensions, front fenders and hood.Overall a pretty good, nearly rust free body. Engine ran well initially but soon developed lower engine noise. Removed to find rod bearing (3 & 4) spun with damage to crank (call for more info). This vehicle was a "barn find" and had not been used for several years. Started initially with new battery with minimal noise. Major noise after about 50 miles. New starter, new water pump.Needs engine rebuild/replacement. Present owner not motivated to complete.
