This is a very original 1976 Porsche 911S sun roof coupe in excellent condition with only 22,500 miles. We bought this car from the original owners estate; car had been stored over 20 years and was a real barn find. I had my doubts about the low miles at first, because the paint was faded so bad and was flaking off and very dirty, but the son told us yes these are the actual miles. So we brought the car back to our shop, cleaned it, flushed out the fuel system, bled the brakes, installed new battery and - wow, the car fired right up. Well after running the car for 15 or 20 min and a few adjustments, it was running fine; no smoke or leaks and very smooth. I took the car out for a ride, it was unbelievable, man it had been many years since I heard the great sound of a new 2.7 CIS engine: there is nothing like it. This car drives like new: tight steering, shifts very close and tight, and is very fast. Anyway we did take the car apart and re-spay the original silver paint, yes all windows out and new rubbers installed, even in the sunroof. Now the paint is flawless. The interior is original and near perfect, the dash is not cracked , the rear packing tray with the speaker option is perfect , not warped at all, leather seats are great blue carpets are faded in the rear. Door pockets and panels are excellent, headliner too. Has the Blaupuntk radio with a cassette. We did an inspection and repaired or serviced anything that needed to be done except for recharging the AC. The bottom of the car is amazing, pans are like new, we did however have to replace the front suspension pan as the car was stored with a battery leaking. Engine is original, never removed or taken apart, no leaks, runs very smooth, trans shifts great, steering and ride is great; what can I say this is like a new car---- Time Capsule. We did inspect this car and determined that the miles are correct at 22,500 miles. We do not have any supporting docs on this but the car is excellent and original, runs and drives great.
