This unique vehicle was purchased from Sunset Coachmen, who did the conversion. It is dark blue, with a blue leather interior, a five speed transmission, the five spoke MI16 wheels, an MI16 badge on the deck lid, and twin cam badges on the front fenders. The car has always been well taken care of, with any necessary work performed promptly. Numerous maintenance & repair receipts accompany the wagon. The vehicle has been repainted, in the original color, at considerable expense; the grill was replaced, as well. No accident damage was involved. The timing belt was replaced last year, as were the tires. The headliner and cargo carpet have been replaced, and new front seats are installed. The AC, all power windows, mirrors, and door locks are in working order. The driver's automatic shoulder belt does not work. We replaced the entire mechanism with a new NOS assembly, and it still doesn't retract. Rather than spending any more money on it, we left it alone. The cruise control has been bypassed with a non cruise control speedometer cable, as one of the two drive cables used for the cruise control kept breaking. The car combines the handling and performance of an MI16 with the utility of a wagon – an excellent combination.
