1977 Suzuki

Greetings fellow Suzuki riders. Up for bid is an excellant example of a 1977 GT750. If you don't know, 1977 was the end of an era for this bike. Due to tougher emission laws in the US, Suzuki had already been developing the GS series. Back to my bike. I have owned the bike for three years and am a member of The Antique Motorcycle Club of America. here in Hot Springs,Ar. I have displayed the bike in several shows including our own clubs show, Antique Motorcycles in the Park (see pictures) during the Hot Springs Bike Rally in Sept. of every year. 1977 models had the most horsepower and the best gearing of any of the previous years. The bike is in very good condition as you can see by the pictures. It has not been restored but has a new paint job on the tank, and a new seat. All original stickers (handlebars, gas cap cover, and rear fender) are there. The only thing that dosen't work correctly is the gear position indicator. It either shows O or g. I do have an extra sender unit that goes inside the engine that will go with the bike. It has a Sears front tire and I'm not sure what brand the rear tire is but both are still in good condition. The bike is scary fast and being a two stroke it does smoke. I watch Ebay regularly and have not seen a 1977 model since I bought this one. Serious bidders only!
