ENGINE RUNS GREAT!!!RUNS/DRIVES!!! ALL AIRBAGS GOOD !!! As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2004 Mini Cooper 5-Speed has no major body damage except for light scrapes and scratches on the exterior. It was sold as a collision loss vehicle but obviously has no major exterior damage as seen in the pics. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent and we're able to drive it within our lot. All airbags ok and we did not observe any major mechanical damage. Engine runs excellent and sounds great!!! This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. Most of the interior parts such as the seats, carpet, trim pieces around the shifter, cup holder, etc were removed by the insurance adjuster. We suspect the car was light flood/water damage hence the insurance adjuster/body shop removed these components for inspection which is very normal after such incident for appraisal purposes. There is no water/damp smell in the interior and smells very normal. We have not fully or completely put back all the removed components hence the carpet, seats, trim pieces, etc. have to be reinstalled. Almost all parts are included in the vehicle such as the bolts/trim pieces. Also, it would make it easier to cleanup the carpeting prior to putting back everything. Doesn't need much in terms of parts but might be missing one or two misc. trim pieces. Gear shifter knob is missing for sure and one can get a replacement one from ebay easily. Check out ebay for used parts and Many used parts can be found for this car at car-part website. Source of used oem parts from many junk yards across the country. Again, the car starts, engine runs great, all airbags in tact and we're able to drive it around within our lot. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.

We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
